Life is stressful and it can be hard to unwind. Our minds are often preoccupied with worry, and happiness seems to elude us. Meditation is a way to find an oasis of calm beneath the busy conscious mind.
I have taught meditation for 25 years, to individuals and in organisations in London and Oxford. It is easy, effortless and does not require affiliation to a religious or spiritual tradition. It is open to everyone.
Over a 4-week course of four 60-minute classes, you will be given a simple way to connect to the source of peaceful awareness that lies within all of us.
